Jonathan J. Boehm Jonathan Boehm is responsible for the Healthcare businesses owned by DST Systems, Inc. He is President and CEO of DST Health, a holding company containing Argus Health Systems, Inc. and DST Health Solutions, Inc. He is also CEO of Argus Health Systems.

Mr. Boehm has been focused on DST's Healthcare businesses since 2006 when he joined the Argus team. He assumed responsibility for DST Health Solutions and DST HealthCare in 2009. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Boehm served in a variety of leadership roles within DST's Financial Services business operations.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Mr. Boehm brings a focus on operational excellence to DST's healthcare strategy. By assembling the right people, process, and technology, he delivers innovative solutions and consistent results in high-volume growth industries undergoing fundamental changes.

Mr. Boehm graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Stuart S. Bowers
President of DST Brokerage Solutions - DST Financial Services
Stuart S. Bowers Stuart Bowers is the President of DST Brokerage Solutions, part of the DST enterprise's Financial Services segment. In that role, he applies his extensive brokerage leadership and management experience toward the successful launch and support of solutions for the brokerage marketplace.

Prior to joining DST, Mr. Bowers was a partner with Finix Business Strategies, a management consulting firm offering advisory and implementation services. Previously, he served in various leadership roles with Baltimore-based Legg Mason, one of the nation's largest asset management firms, where he was responsible for all aspects of mutual fund operations and brokerage operations.

During his 32 years in the financial services industry, Mr. Bowers has served on the ICI Operations Committee, the ICI Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee, the FINRA Investment Companies Committee, the DTCC Core Services Operations and Planning Committee, the SIFMA Operations Advisory Committee, and was the Chairman of the Securities Industry Association's Operations Committee. He has also served on the board of CUSIP and on the ADP Client Steering Committee.

Mr. Bowers is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of Business. He continues to give back by serving on the Boards for the Independent Dialysis Foundation, the Zeta Psi Fraternity and the Zeta Psi Educational Foundation.

Chief Executive Officer - ALPS Holdings, Inc.
Ned J. Burke Ned Burke is Chief Executive Officer of ALPS Holdings, Inc. a division of DST's financial services and asset management business. In that role, he is responsible for the company's advisory, distribution, mutual fund, and hedge fund servicing businesses.

A 33-year veteran of the mutual fund industry, Mr. Burke joined Denver-based ALPS in 1991 as National Sales Manager. He was named ALPS' President in 2000. Mr. Burke came to ALPS from Pioneer Funds in Boston where he served as Regional Vice President. He began his mutual fund career at Fidelity.

Mr. Burke is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.

Chief Relationship Officer of Asset Manager Solutions - DST Financial Services
Scott A. Chelton Scott Chelton, Chief Relationship Officer, leads the Account Executive team in DST’s Asset Manager Solutions organization. His team will guide solution development activities for Asset Manager customers.

Previously, he was President of DST Asset Manager Solutions, where he relied on his extensive knowledge of the business and a network of relationships within the fund industry to provide service excellence in product development and client relationship management for Remote, Full Service, and Alternative Investment clients.

Mr. Chelton has 27 years of mutual fund experience with DST and has served in a variety of roles for the company. After five years in the Information Technology area, he has led new client conversions, managed multiple mutual fund client relationships, and oversaw DST’s transfer agent consolidated operations area. Scott also serves on the board of directors for NICSA.

President - DST Realty
Vince Dasta Vince Dasta is President of DST Realty, Inc., a subsidiary of DST Systems. In that role, he oversees the development of properties that support the operations of DST and its affiliated businesses. DST Realty also provides facilities management services, including space planning, construction management, and move coordination.

Under Mr. Dasta’s guidance, DST Realty, originally conceived as a way for DST to create space for its growing business, was a catalyst for the redevelopment of Kansas City’s downtown loop. The company spearheaded the rehabilitation of buildings and the development of properties throughout Kansas City’s urban core and continues to facilitate improvement around the downtown neighborhood.

Before joining DST in 1992, Mr. Dasta had been in the construction industry for 20 years. Over his career, he has served as President/CEO of construction, development, and management companies that have created over 75 million square feet of industrial/commercial/institutional properties.

Mr. Dasta is a graduate of University of Kansas with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.A. in Business Administration.

Vice President - Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer - DST Systems, Inc.
Craig O. Donaldson Craig Donaldson is Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for DST Systems. In that role, he is responsible for ensuring consistency in ethics and corporate compliance policy-related activities across the enterprise, including those conducted by Legal, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and the business units.

Mr. Donaldson’s experience includes diverse corporate and legal leadership roles in global companies and legal environments across a number of industries and geographies. Before joining DST, he was a Vice President for Tate & Lyle, a global provider of high quality ingredients and solutions for the food and beverage industry. He previously served as Diversey Corporation’s Divisional Counsel for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and as a Corporate and Litigation Associate for Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago.

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Donaldson earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is currently an Advisory Board Member of the University of Kansas International Center for Business Ethics.

President of DST Retirement Solutions - DST Financial Services
John J. Geli John Geli is President of DST Retirement Solutions, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's broad array of front-and back-office technology and servicing solutions for the retirement business. Mr. Geli has held various senior level positions with industry leaders such as Mellon Financial Corporation and Bankers Trust as well as being the CEO of Wealth Management Systems before it was acquired by DST in 2015. During his career, he managed large-scale operations and client service divisions in support of both defined contribution and corporate trust business lines.

As the CEO of Wealth Management Systems, Mr. Geli was responsible for growth of the organization organically as well as through strategic acquisitions.

As Executive Director at Mellon Financial Corporation, Mr. Geli managed all aspects of the Defined Contribution service delivery including new business implementation, participant services, trust and custody operations as well as recordkeeping operational service delivery. In addition, he was responsible for managing the integration of acquisitions both at a corporate level and for the client base he supported.

As a Vice President at Bankers Trust, he oversaw the Operations groups in the Retirement Services Division as well as the Corporate Trust Division. He was involved in new system development and the establishment and staffing of a new satellite office. Prior to joining Bankers Trust, he spent five years in the brokerage industry with National Financial Services. In this position, John managed both Tax & Compliance and Internal Control divisions.

Mr. Geli is a benefits professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John's University.

Gregg W. Givens Gregg Givens is the Chief Financial Officer of DST Systems, Inc. (DST). In that role he oversees DST’s financial accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, income tax function, and treasury functions.

A DST associate since 1995, Mr. Givens has been significantly involved with the company’s Mergers and Acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as DST’s international and joint venture operations. Prior to joining DST, he was a senior manager at Price Waterhouse.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Givens earned a Bachelor of Science Accountancy degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Gregg is a Board member and Executive member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City, an Executive Committee member of Associated Industries of Missouri, a Board member of the Truman Medical Center Charitable Foundation, and serves as Council Treasurer on the Executive Board of Directors of the Heart of America Council of Boy Scouts.

Stacy Kempf Stacy Kempf is Vice President of Internal Audit for DST Systems, Inc. In that role she is responsible for overseeing audit activities to provide management with assurance and advisory services related to the most critical financial, operational, and compliance risks to the business.

Ms. Kempf joined DST from Ernst and Young. Her background includes over 15 years of experience providing internal audit and controls advisory services to multi-national, publicly-held, and privately-owned companies in the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services industries.

A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Ms. Kempf is a Certified Public Accountant with expertise in Risk Management.

Executive Vice President, Head of Financial Services - DST Systems, Inc.
Vercie Lark Vercie Lark heads DST's Financial Services segment, which includes the organization's Asset Management, Distribution, Brokerage, Retirement, and Applied Analytics business units. In his role, he also oversees DST's Business Process Solutions, Financial Services Sales, and Global Relationship Management operations. Mr. Lark is responsible for ensuring that the DST Financial Services business, which comprises a significant portion of the overall company profile, is properly structured for success.

Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Lark was DST's Chief Information Officer, where he was responsible for the company's IT strategy, leadership, planning, development, and operations.

Before joining DST in 2010, Mr. Lark was CIO for Embarq Corporation, a Fortune 500 company based in Kansas City. There, he was responsible for strategy, planning, and operations of internal IT infrastructure and applications supporting more than five million customers. He previously worked for Monsanto Research as a Systems Engineer, and held several IT leadership positions for Hewlett-Packard Company/Compaq Computer Corporation.

Mr. Lark attended Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio prior to transferring to Wright State University in Dayton, where he earned a bachelor's degree in engineering. He currently serves on the Boston Financial Data Services, Worldwide Services India and Thailand Board of Directors, Avila University Board of Trustees, Heartland Black Chamber of Commerce, Ray’s Awareness Foundation, and Wright State University Computer Science and Engineering Advisory Council.

He is also member IT Senior Management Forum for Executives and an Alumnus of the Centurions of Kansas City, Missouri. He previously served as a Technical Advisory Council member for Prodapt Americas, Prairie View A&M, Florida A&M, and served as a board member for Boys Hope Girls Hope and The Family Conservancy.

Chief Operating Officer - DST Financial Services
Kyle M. Mallot Kyle Mallot is Chief Operating Officer of DST’s Financial Services division responsible for Product Management and various operating businesses including Distribution Solutions, Compliance Solutions, Business Process Solutions, Digital Solutions, Consulting, Professional Services and Advanced Analytics.

Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Mallot, a DST associate for more than 25 years, was responsible for Intermediary Services and identifying and establishing new businesses within DST's U.S. Investment Record Keeping Division. During his DST career, Mr. Mallot has played a leadership role in the development of products that have become standards for companies across the financial services industry.

Mr. Mallot is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Executive Vice President, and Chief Information Officer - DST Systems, Inc.
Maria Mann Maria Alvarez Mann is Chief Information Officer for DST Systems, Inc. In that role, she is accountable for IT strategy, leadership, planning, development, and operations for the DST enterprise. She will be part of DST's Office of the President.

Mrs. Mann brings a deep background in Information Technology to her position at DST, including executive experience in Retirement Plan Services, various Consumer Products, Big Data, and Manufacturing/Logistics. She’s led significant transformations throughout her career including credit card re-platforming, retirement plan services mergers and acquisitions, mortgage banking during the financial crisis, and data management initiatives.

Before joining DST, Mrs. Mann was Chief Technology Officer for JPMorgan Chase. Her most recent leadership role at JPMC was with the Data Ecosystems organization, where she was responsible for strategy and execution of data management and Big Data implementations servicing over 100 million customers, over 5,000 internal users, and integrating multiple petabytes of data. She previously held leadership positions with Campbell Soup, Radian Guaranty, and owned her own consulting firm servicing private and government sectors in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mrs. Mann is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Recognized during her career by Information Week and CIO Magazine, she is currently active in numerous Employee Engagement Networking groups for Women and Hispanics. She’s also currently on the Board of the Central Exchange, an organization that focuses on professional development for women in the Kansas City area.

Jude C. Metcalfe Jude Metcalfe is the Business Transformation Leader for DST Systems. In this recently-created role, Mr. Metcalfe is responsible for evaluating end-to-end service delivery across all operating, infrastructure, and support areas of the firm. Working collaboratively across the global enterprise, he has been tasked with developing and executing a plan to identify transformative change ideas that will result in significant and sustainable improvement in efficiency at DST.

Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Metcalfe, who has more than 30 years of financial services, retirement plan, and business process outsourcing experience, was president of DST Retirement Solutions.

Before coming to DST, Mr. Metcalfe was CEO of Wealth Management Systems, Inc., a leading provider of rollover services to retirement and financial services firms. He previously held leadership positions with Fidelity Investments, Prudential Insurance, and Bank of New York Mellon.

Mr. Metcalfe holds B.A. degrees in business administration and psychology from Rutgers University. Recognized as one of the most influential people in the retirement industry, Mr. Metcalfe was president of the governing board of The SPARK Institute and a member of The SPARK Institute 401(k) Advisory Board. He also served on the Board of Trustees for the Employee Benefit Research Institute.

Head of Asset Manager Solutions - DST Financial Services
Terry L. Metzger Terry Metzger is the head of the Asset Manager Solutions (AMS) group within DST's Financial Services organization. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all critical services, including the valuation, processing, reporting, and analysis of critical trade and investor data, for more than 225 nationally and globally recognized asset management companies. In addition to these responsibilities, Terry serves on the board of directors of IFDS Canada.

Prior to joining DST, Terry was President and CEO at Boston Financial Data Services. Terry began his career with Boston Financial in 2004 as chief operating officer and moved into the role of President in 2009. He led Boston Financial through a period of unprecedented growth in its client base and developed the organization's relationship management program and service model transformation. Terry came to Boston Financial by way of DST, where he worked for 24 years. He last held the position of vice president of the client services division. In that role, Terry was responsible for DST's remote customer relationships, including Boston Financial, and oversaw the development and management of client-dedicated service teams.
J. Marc Palmer

President - DST Pharmacy Solutions, Inc.
J. Marc Palmer Marc Palmer is Chief Operating Officer of DST Pharmacy Solutions, Inc. Along with setting organizational strategy and execution of work plans across all areas of the company, he is responsible for Business Development, Product Innovation, Client Services Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Operations, and Information Technology.

In his time as a senior executive with DST, Mr. Palmer has led the company in the extension of its services, recruitment of additional highly skilled staff, and restructuring of departments to better execute against mission.

Known for building high-performing organizations through the creation of a winning strategy and the recruitment of top talent, Mr. Palmer has spent a majority of his career in the healthcare industry. Before joining DST, he served as CEO for inVentiv Medical Management, a leading provider of global drug development services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic drug, and medical device companies. Previously, Mr. Palmer served as CEO of ConnectYourCare, a division of Express Scripts. Earlier in his career, he held various leadership positions at Express Scripts, including president and general manager of the labor division, vice president and general manager of the self-funded and carrier division, and vice president of business development.

Mr. Palmer is a graduate of the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in education and public relations.

John M. Riley
Chief Marketing Officer, Communications and Investor Relations – DST Systems, Inc.
John M. Riley John Riley is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for the DST global enterprise. In that role, he oversees all Marketing, Public Relations and Investor Relations activities, as well as the firm's internal and technical communications. He is also an Executive Director of DST's Corporate Responsibility Committee and the company's charitable foundation, DST Catalyst.

Prior to joining DST in 2014, Mr. Riley helped build brand value on a worldwide scale for companies such as State Street Corporation, Investors Financial, NTT Data, Gillette, and Spalding Sports. His executive experience also includes work in the health and life sciences industries and with private equity and venture-backed firms.

Mr. Riley has been the recipient of numerous advertising and public relations awards, including a London International Advertising Award, a Telly award for commercial television production, and a Bell Ringers Award for crisis management public relations.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.A. in English, Mr. Riley is a former Board member of the University of Massachusetts Alumni Association, a founder of the UMass Club in Boston, and President of the Friends of UMass Hockey. He is currently a disaster response volunteer for the American Red Cross.

Chief Executive Officer – DST Financial Services International Ltd.
William Slattery William “Willie” Slattery is Chief Executive Officer – International, DST Financial Services at DST International Holdings Ltd. and Chairman of International Financial Data Services. He is responsible for all DST business activities operating outside of the United States.

Mr. Slattery brings a wealth of experience to DST. Prior to joining DST, Mr. Slattery was head of the Investment Servicing business for State Street in Europe. He joined State Street in 2003 upon the acquisition of Deutsche Bank’s Global Securities Servicing Business and assumed responsibility for State Street’s Irish and, later, Luxembourg businesses. Before Joining State Street, Mr. Slattery was Managing Director and Head of Global Risk Management at Deutsche Asset Management and Member of the Group Risk Board of Deutsche Bank AG. His earlier career included 23 years at the Central Bank of Ireland including senior leadership roles with responsibility of Ireland’s International Financial Services Centre and as Deputy Head of Banking Supervision.

Mr. Slattery, who has over 30 years in the Financial Services industry, was former Chairman of Financial Services Ireland and was a member of the Public Expenditure Review Group, established by the Irish Government in 2009, as part of its response to the Irish economic crisis.

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer - DST Systems, Inc.
Beth Sweetman Beth Sweetman is Chief Human Resources Officer for the DST Enterprise. In this role, she provides strategic vision for the entire Human Resources organization representing over 12,000 associates in more than 50 cities around the world. Mrs. Sweetman’s responsibilities include Training and Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition and Development.

With more than 15 years of experience working with large Human Resources departments, Mrs. Sweetman has expertise in corporate recruiting, compensation and benefits programs, succession planning, internal communication strategies, associate engagement programs, policy and procedure management, charitable trust management, leadership development, employee relations, and training.

Prior to joining DST in 2013, Mrs. Sweetman was SVP for Furniture Brands International, parent company to some of the best known and respected brands in the furniture industry. She previously worked in Human Resources for Monsanto.

Mrs. Sweetman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Creighton University, and was awarded a Master’s degree and PhD in Research and Organizational Psychology from St. Louis University. She has worked with several non-profit organizations, including the Metropolitan School in St. Louis, a high school for atypical learners, where she served on the Board.

Vice President, and Chief Risk Officer - DST Systems, Inc.
Blair S. Williams Blair Williams is the Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Crisis Management and the Chief Risk Officer for DST Systems, Inc. He came to DST following a 20-year career in the U.S. Army.

Dr. Williams most recently served as Director of the U.S. Army Gender Integration Study where he led a multi-disciplinary team of experts in providing findings and recommendations associated with integrating women into all-male combat specialties.

Prior to serving as Director, Dr. Williams held numerous operations research positions, including Senior Military Analyst, Unified Quest (the Army's annual war-game), Branch Chief, Nuclear War Plan Assessment, U.S. Strategic Command, and Assistant Professor of Economics, Department of Social Sciences, United States Military Academy at West Point. He also served as an officer in the Corps of Engineers where he commanded a combat engineer unit during the invasion of Iraq and participated in initial entry operations in Afghanistan in 2001-2002.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy where he earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Dr. Williams holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University. Currently, Dr. Williams teaches as an adjunct professor for the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska-Omaha.

Dr. Williams is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and the Joint Forces Staff College.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary - DST Systems, Inc.
Randy D. Young Randy Young is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for DST Systems, Inc. Since being appointed by DST's Board as General Counsel in 2002, Mr. Young has been responsible for legal affairs across the DST enterprise, including Board governance matters, SEC compliance, transactions, and litigation activities. The Company’s Ethics and Compliance office also reports to Mr. Young.

Since joining DST as a Vice President in 1995, Mr. Young has focused on a wide range of strategic and transactional matters involving the Company’s proprietary technology and service offerings, as well as its most significant U.S. and international strategic acquisition and divestiture transactions.

Mr. Young came to DST from a partnership in private practice at a Kansas City law firm where he represented the Company and its affiliates in a wide variety of transactional matters. He is a CPA (Missouri, inactive), and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Missouri Society of CPAs. Mr. Young holds a Bachelor’s degree with majors in Economics and Accounting from Ottawa University and Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Miami.
